This top is made by Liz & Me. The material is 100% cotton, woven material, not stretch. This top has short sleeves with picot trim at the ends. Also, has decorative picot trim around the scoop neckline. The hem is straight with side vents. Has bust darts. Has a contrasting band of material around the empire waist with elastic gathers in the back. Has a button keyhole closure in the back. The tag says size 1X.
