The listing, BEAUTIFUL CAMEO HEART PENDANT has ended.

Beautiful gold heart pendant with picture of pretty lady on it. I think you would call the lady a cameo. This piece measures 1 3/4 inches in length and 1 inch in width. It comes without a chain. It opens up so you can put two pictures inside.There are no marking on it that I could find so I am sure it is not real gold but it sure is pretty. Very antique looking!!

I really don't know but it was my grand mothers so i know it is old. that is why i said it might be an antique.
