These are brand new and have never been used. My toy poodle who weighs about 4.5 lbs-5lbs, is afraid of the flashing light. The litey leash, with the push of a button on top of the hand holder, the entire leash will glow with lights, if you push the button 2X, the leash starts flashing on and off. I myself think it is very cool, but Toby, begs to differ from me. I can't figure out how to put the "Stud Muffin" halter on him. So, we are sticking with the old black halter and leash. Toby is happy, and wants to enthusiastically thank whomever takes these away. Lol.Happy Bidding Friends!
