The blister pack says, "Temporary Paint for Car or Home Glass Windows. Washes off with water. Cap indicates color."

The back is very adamant that it should NOT touch any non-glass surfaces, and that it won't easily come out if it does.

Anyway, looks good for weddings, tail-gating, and parties!
