No scratches on the lenses but if you read the description it says that these are prescription lenses so you will have to have your own lenses instaled. Unless my script works for you cause im including the lenses.

Dont know would have to ask my optpmitris to get the exact script basicaly low magnification . Ive had people put them on and say they couldnt tell much of a difference. But i would recomend getting your own script.
