Clean skin - no oils or makeup ... oils will make it not work

Take off the clear top sheet

Put on skin where you want it to go with the design DOWN

Press wet cloth against back of tat - press down and make sure it's all wet

GIVE IT 30 SECONDS

Peel off paper backing

FINALLY --- GENTLY rinse with water for best results

TO REMOVE --- USE RUBBING ALCOHOL

THESE LAST A LONG TIME if you don't use lotions and such on your skin and DO outlast a scrubbing.
