We bought two packs of these to use, used all the first pack, opened this one and then never used them because we bought a permanent dripless spout. can it be use on any size bottle opening? since it is disposable, you can only use it once and it's goes bad or what? What material is it made of?

It is useable more than once, you could rinse it off and reuse it I'm sure. It is made of a flexible silver material, not sure what it actually is, some kind of foil product maybe. I don't know about any size bottle opening, I've only used mine for wine bottles.
