This auction is for 1 un-opened jar of manic panic hair color in the shade Fleurs Du Mal, which is a pastel pink.

Stock photo shows exactly what you are getting, the second photo shows the actual color up close, and the last is the color when applied of pre-lightened hair.

So basics : Yes you have to bleach your hair separately prior to application of the color. Your hair should be lightened to at least pale blonde. If your hair pulls a heavy red tone when bleached you might want to tone your hair first so that the actual color wont look so orangey once its applied.
