This watch comes with a charger and ear phones. Needs a memory and sim card. (Not included) never been worn but have turned it on to see how it works. Its not one of those expensive ones but works just as good. Comes with a user manuel.

It dont need a plan... it will work better with a memory card and sim card... i dont know if it works with any phone... look it up on youtube under, s28 watch.
