Up for auction is a lot of 36+ stripped yellow, purple, & green feathers (quill removed) for crafting and fun! They range in length from 2 to 6 inches.

Mardi Gras or “Fat Tuesday” will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 21, 2012. As the last day of the Carnival season (running from Twelfth night or January 6th until Fat Tuesday) it always falls the day before Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent as is a time of revel before the season of Lent begins. It is celebrated by parties, parades, food & fun! Can’t get to New Orleans, Mardi Gras capitol, this year? Then host your own celebration wherever you are!

What do the colors stand for?
• purple represents justice
• green represents faith;
• and gold represents power

You will get 12+ of each color. I have added several extra feathers to each bag in case some are “damaged”.
