THIS IS GREAT FOR TAKING TO THE GYM OR WHEN YOU TRAVEL,OR CAMPING, SINCE THE CURLING IRON RUNS ON BATTERIES
the set comes with a carry all bag with 2 main compartments with one having an inside pocket there is also an out side compartment the bag is big enough for make up and whatever you might need for the day it measures 8 1/2 by 31/2 the curling iron is new takes batteries,it is 7 " long closed up and over 8 1/2 long when you put the clear cover to extend the handle, and then there is also a wristband with a zipper for a couple of bucks or a key to your locker...

The bag was a little dusty from being stuck under the sink so I dropped it in the wash and then let it air dry, so if it gets soiled or dirty it doesn't hurt it, the curling iron and the wristband have never been used...

Fanned and watching, I was wondering I have really thick hair how much hair can you wrap around the curling iron at a time, it looks like a short curling iron that's why I am asking it might hold a small strand of hair, thanks

It will probably take the the thickness of your bangs with no problem i wouldn't try to curl a ponytail in it, i have thick hair as well, but i never used this one thanks for your comment, and for checking out my auction :)

I put new batteries in it, it doesnt get extremely hot i think would good
for touch ups, i did test on my bangs, it makes a soft curl
