This is a very sexy blue and turquoise pair of lace panties. I am very very sad that they are too large and do not fit me! I bought these from Rue 21, and they are a size large. I think they are a true size large as I usually wear a medium or large from there and sometimes the larges are too big. So I did wash these and then tried them on. They do not fit so I'm passing them on. They're almost like a thong. Very soft and stretchy lace. For some reason there is no tag that I can find. It was not torn off, and I did not take it off. But I do remember the tag saying large.
