I won this on here a long time ago just have not worn it, have too many tees. Tag Size LARGE, BUT I WEAR A SMALL IN WOMEN'S & It fits me with a bit of room. I'm sure someone made this. Shirt is brand-new and flawless. From the feel of the graphics, my guess is that it is a decal? Meant to be a bit "blurred" for a very cool look!
