The listing, Hp photosmart 254 picture printer has ended.

This is in b great condition, also included with it is a brand new package of 4x6 pictures. I do not have the original cord, all you'll need is the average AC power adapter cord.

Does this have a full ink cartridge or would we have to buy it?

I'm not very knowledgeable on this, I have a Kodak Easyshare camera, would this work with it?

Well any digital camera would work, because it goes off of a USB or SD card.

As far as * INK goes, it will need replaced but if someone does GIN then I will gladly pick up a brand new ink and include it as well as picture pack before I ship. I will also go through my cords and hopefully have an extra cord that'll work for it. But No promises.

While in town today I swang by office max and picked up a hp 57 ink! So yes a brand new ink will be included!
