The listing, PRETTY RED COSMOS, 20 SEEDS has ended.
A favorite easy growing and easy care flower that I grow every year. These are a pretty red. Mine seem to do better planted into the ground, but the choice is yours.
Plant indoors four to six weeks before your region's average last frost date to get earliest bloom. Place a few seeds in in poyt or tray that has soil that has been watered. Cover with 1'16" soil and water. Mist daily until they sprout, then as needed. Otherwise, plant outdoors directly in the soil after the last frost date, 8 inches apart in full sun in average soil.
Trim spent blooms to encourage a longer bloom period.
Pull out plants, and discard in fall once frost kills them.
Be sure to save your seeds as Cosmos are an Annual Flower.
They always suprise me in our hot dry summers. They are very hardy and don't seem to mind weather or soil conditions.
Thanks for your intrest in my auction and please email me with any questions. I mail the next day after win.
