This is an awesome cocktail dress for any formal event! It's a stunning bright purple with black tulle underneath for a puffed look! It has a black velcro fastened satin bow ribbon waist that I handmade myself! This is a looker! It's a size 5. :)

Based off the fact that it is a small/medium, I really doubt it. I'd say max is a C. I'm a B and it fit me comfortably.
