two little pieces of the foam at the hinges have marks. Does not affect the fit at all. Picture 3 shows the little crack about a 1/4 inch thats just superficial. Nothing major just full disclosure

I see you are new so I would recommend you use paypal or stamps.com top calculate how much things you want will cost to ship. Most experienced sellers will post their home zip codes and the weight of the item. Thats all you need to pick your shipping. I would have just gave you a quote but its kind of hard since I dont have a clue where you live :) It would fit in a small flat rate box which costs $5.20 but parcel post will be cheaper.
