no it is not bent if you look at the other pictures this is how it's made the jewel comes out and that part comes back on the sides from looking at front looking at it but it's not it's made that way it does it on the top and the bottom sides I guarantee it if you get this wrong you don't like it are you guaranteed it is not bent

That's how I got it and its a nice ring I assume that's how it was made because it looks very beautiful like that it looks like that part is the bottom part of the ring ty and Merry Christmas
