1. You MUST contact me with your Listia registered address within 7 days or I will keep your credits and relist the items. I hate to do that but it is payment for wasting my time.

3. I am a SAHM and a student so my shipping days are very tight. I only ship on the first Wednesday after the 10th and 25th of the month. If it is a high credit auction or if you use the GIN, this does not apply. Items over 1,000 credits receive tracking only.

4. All items are from a smoke-free and pet-free home. All items are UNUSED and AUTHENTIC unless otherwise noted.

5. I ship the lowest and slowest (parcel post)- if you want it faster, you must contribute to the shipping and handling costs. I accept PayPal (preferred) but I will wait for cash (at sender’s risk).

6. Feel free to fan me but I will not fan you unless I actually am your fan-I’m sorry I search for auctions via the people I am fans of.

7. I apologize for all the rules- I am a very nice person I have just been getting burned a lot lately. I really enjoy Listia but there are some super yucky people out there that feel that the anonymity of the internet grants them privilege to be total jerks.
