It doesn't look to be in the picture. The line ascending from the left side lower half toward the top is not a tear. If the damage is not obvious I try to make sure I point it out. This stamp I think is sound. I'll check and get back in the morning. Thanks for asking China Mike.

Mike I now have the stamp before me and it is as sound as they come. That line is not on the stamp which is why it took me so long to locate. The line is a tear in the mounting card acetate. This is a beauty with minimal partial fancy cancel.
