Ya it plays,and yes its got some scratches nothing to serious.As far as shipping fee's just send me a postal money order,or regular money order and i'll cash it,put the receipt and change all in the package an send it to you.If your 360 is real sensitive an won't play the disc,there are some video stores or game stops that will resurface any disc for 2.00 dollars.Well worth it i think,thats what I did on one auction,and it works like brand new,it's hard to keep them from being scratched.
