I have a pair of size 12 women's knee high black boots with a 3.5 to 4 inch heal. Only wore them a few times. (These came just about my knee.)

Yeah size 12. They were given to me as a gift, wore then once and realized they were to big for me! They are great boots and comfortable, but too big for me!
