The listing, Wow! Ring fit for a Queen! Topaz gold tone ring! has ended.

This beauty has much sparkle and glamor! I was going to relist it on ebay because I was truly trying to make some dollars of this. However my Listia family is much more deserving : ). Free shipping in the US. I had it appraised and was told it was a very nice ring. It is stamped but it is hard to make out. If it has gold it would be gold plate. The stones are not likely real but you would never know by the sparkle it creates. I have the original box but it is very beat up. Pleaseet me know if you want it otherwise I will throw the box away.

!!update!! Soon closer inspection to the stamp mark I am making out a 14k. It is more likely gold plate verses gold tone......

The stamp has a 14k then there are 2 more markings I can't make out followed by a capital A in a circle. I took it to a jewler around 4 years ago when we were getting our wedding rings made. We were going to sell it for melt down purposes to offset the cost of our white gold rings. I remember her saying it would not be worth it to melt down but it was a very nice ring and it would be a shame to ruin it for scrap. There wasn't enough gold for it to be worth it.

what did the person who appraised it say about the gold content? He/she should have been able to test it for gold content. I see that now you note it is 14K, did the person who appraised it miss that? I would ask for my money back if they did!
