Regular lighter fluid you pull out the guts, so to speak, and squirt it into the cotton/filler I guess I should have made that clear on the description! Thanks for asking next time I'll know :) :)

Is there numbers or Roman numerals on the bottom?

I know that the earlier ones had roman numerals on them but this one has Zippo and Bradford, PA where they are manufactured isn't this correct. You seen like you are a collector, perhaps? :) :)
