These Two Movie sets are the 2nd and 3rd in Sullivan Award Winning (and may I say, very beautiful and captivating) Anne of Green Gables Series. The Sequel follows Anne's life from her years of teaching (both in Avonlea and at Kingsport) until she finally realizes that she returns the affections of her "chum", Gilbert. The Continuing Story centers around the time of WWI as Anne and Gilbert get married and shortly thereafter he is called off to the front lines where he goes missing in action. The story follows Anne as she desparately searches for her lost husband in the dangers of the action. Each set comes on two VHS movies and runs approx. 3 hours long. Rated G.
