Made of Clear plastic and pictures Tiny Tim atop of his father's shoulders. Comes in original package with hook for hanging or plastic stand for displaying. Inside the box is the story of the piece.

It is not sealed. I bought about 7 of them at one time. They do not appear to have been used. It has the hanger and stand and there are no scratches on the ornament but I can not gurantee that it is new because I bought as second owner.
