How big is it for a small ? I know some brands have bigger sizes then others. I'm a size 10 pants but, I would be wearing it high wasted. I just want to make sure it'll fit cause its adorable.

It's pretty small. Seriously it was given to my daughter. By my sister in law. I'm a 13-14 in juniors I can't wear it. It might be a bit snug. :) I hope this helps. It's wrapped already so I can't show any more pics.
