whats the exception button? another person who uses listia told me that i just assumed it was a rule do you not know of this? i am new to the whole listia thing and was surprised but dont want to break the rules.

Nice auction! In the rules under prohibited items it lists toothpaste: Food, beverages, medicine (prescription or non-prescription)
Anything that can be ingested or comes in contact with the skin (by humans or pets/animals) and has the risk of causing harm if tainted or tampered with, including toothpaste etc.
