real kat von z bag cream/ light yellowish color charm key ring detachable with a silver heart a clear heart a french symbol and a handbag symbol her sig.... keyring i have to say that this bag has some wear it's hopefully shown in the pic's a little scuffing on the back and around the edges of the straps has 4 pockets on the inside & the lining is is excellent condition and a nice lavender color 2 pockets in front and one zipper pocket in back happy bidding!!! will include supprise gift inside!
