Only damage is to the plastic housing around the charging port and a few scratches here and there. Everything works perfectly. This phone can also be used for GSM service (AT&T, T-Mobile, Straight Talk, etc) if you change some settings. You can find instructions on how to do that by searching online. There are also various custom ROMs and rooting methods available. I've kept the stock firmware on the phone so no customization has been done as of yet.
