I bout this tablet for my boyfriend and i just stopped working one day. It has a forward facing camera, manual, charger and this nifty lil thing that you can plug in for usb and also ethernet.

you can tether it to your PC or Laptop and manually Factory reset the tablet to restart the unit . mine has hard closed 3 times now . " every time i install a interactive wifi needed app"

Did you call the company to see what could be the problem? If it's brand new then it has a warranty with it & that would cover any repairs or tech support you'd need for it. Probably just something simple that could be fixed by tech support walking you through it. How old is it? Great pics of it...these are high dollar items that are posted on here alot for scams. Watching!
