yes, it would as it says that one of the suggested types of dog for size medium is a boston terrier. if your still unsure, you can always measure and weigh your dog and see if the boston terrier would match the specifications for the size. btw, there's adjustable tabs so it can still fit your specific dog and also big or small dogs within that size bracket.
