This cell phone is USED< NOT new. I don't know much about cell phones, so I will list what I know about this one. It NEEDS charging, but does work! Model number SAMSUNG sch-a650. Camera phone, does have some use wear, but no bad scratches. Never dropped or abused. This is NOT a prepay. The front is like a gold tone as shown in photos. Has the wall charger, all instructions, CD, Voice activated dialing, voice Memo, 65K STN Color Screen. This in NOT in PERFECT condition, but very usable. My sister changed wireless companies and could not use this phone.

I only know how to turn a cell phone on, turn it off and plug it in to be charged. if you want to find out about a cell phone, ask a 6 year old. my grandchildren can tell you more about a cell phone than i can tell you in a life time.
