I foolwed the exact link you provide in the listing. I too have a screenshot and you can see that it says free to play in the highlighted area.

However, in your defense, this may be an issue of location. I am in the us, you are not. that may make a difference.

I changed the region to USA.links to download the game there.the game will be available for free in 2017(may be in December 2017?)using the key you can play it now.
