If you read what I wrote in the description, and how I wrote it, it is quite clear... 1) The ring is stamped "18k". I used quotation marks to make the point that that is exactly what it says. However, I think it is fairly obvious to even a layperson such as myself, that this ring is not made purely of white gold. 2) Therefore, I then used parenthesis around the words "Plated" and Filled", along with question marks to get the point across that it is not clear which of those possiblities it might be. SO... ??? I wrote my description in anticipation of those exact questions. The answers are right there...
O.o It seems that only those people writing the comments can show ignorance, rudeness or frustration... Apparently, I must reply only as a person with no feeling or self-worth would. I wonder if there's a pill for that...
If it is only stamped 18k then it is 18k white gold which is gold mixed with one of the following, nickel, zinc, or palladium, there is laws on how jewelry is marked being it is marked 18k and not 18kt means it is more than likely an import but none the less has more gold content than if it were filled or plated, and gold filled is better than plated where the gold is also mixed, plated is thin layers of gold over another metal if it is gold over silver it is vermil gold and of a higher value, this auction is worth bidding on!
