Hair can be colored From light brown to blue black hair with the help of henna of course
But if you don't want to dye your hair with henna this will dye it blue. But only if you have gray hair
Perfect if you want that popular blue gray hair
If you have black hair it won't do anything to your hair. Maybe it will add some blue highlights but I'm not 100% sure. For blonde hair I believe it dyes it blue too.There's a lot of tutorials on YouTube if you need help. This is a natural hair dye which means your hair will not get damage. This dye is used to dye jeans so it is permanent, had mine on my hair for 1 year and it's barely staring to fade.

It depends, How light is your hair?
If you want blue hair and have back hair then yes but if it's light like light brown or blonde then no.
