97% cotton and 3% spandex- this is a heavy duty jacket type top, the outside dress jacket is all BLACK with 3 silver metal looking nice buttons in the front and is nicely LINED INSIDE with white with red polka dots. This is about 21 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
size MED- I took a close up pic so you can see how the chest looks up close- very cute and cool to wear, perfect for a night on the town or look great shopping or just hanging out..Check out the pic to see the details. my daughter wore this only less than a handful of times, this item is in excellent condition.
