Lightning McQueen pjs--Sz6--designed for a snug fit and definitely for a slender child. Used and laundered. 100% cotton, therefore shrinkage has occurred. Waist measures 18'' before stretch. Leg inseam is 15''. Arm inseam is 13''-- Both inseams include the legband and wristband. Was a favorite with my little grandson.

i'm still watching..thank you for the reminder. My lil guy typically wears a 4 but since these are designed for a snug fit anyway they should fit fine. Maybe a lil long but thats ok.

You might measure his arms and legs to be sure. And they are slim, even the tag says so.
