A short (but not too short) black skirt with triangle sections set in to make the shirt ruffle-swing. There are two black fabric "strings" in the front which tie to the big antiqued brass-like buckle "O". Very cute, but not so fancy it can't actually be worn. *wink*

Made of 92% polyester and 8% spandex. Has a sheen to it, making black even harder to photograph.

Washed and worn, but due to fabric content is still black, not faded-out. No other issues; just outgrown.
