The listing, 4 Balls PURPLE WOOL YARN - SOFT has ended.

This is for 4 Balls of Purple Wool Yarn.

153 Yards each one for a total of 612 Yards. I believe it's close to a dk weight, but ask if you want to know for sure.

I'm offering FREE SHIPPING on this one, because i got this from another listia auction and the person did not disclose that it had a sort of smell. Due to their dishonesty, you benefit! I'm just super sensitive, but I'm sure it will wash just fine. :)

It looks like this wool is Katia Austral, which is 50% wool and 50% acrylic. Listing the brand in your auction would be very helpful for those of us that are looking for 100% wool.

what kind of smell does it have? did you try soaking it in warm water with soap?

It has a bit of a smoky smell and I haven't tried washing it. I was going to try it air it out in the shade, but i'm super sensitive. The smell isn't super strong.

I believe it is 100% wool and it smells a bit smoky. I just can't handle any...
