Does the watch function? Or is it just a lighter?

No, it is also a watch. I'm looking at it right now and I have to tell there are also three circles on the face of the watch. It looks like one of the circles it a another clock probably for a different time zone, and to be honest I'm not quite sure of the functions of the other 2 small circles. I can tell you that I first purchased one for my husband last year I think in August and he loves it. The watch hasn't needed a new battery yet and many of his coworkers asked for me to order more for them and this one was left over. I pulled the winder out to save the battery life.
