Thank you snowhunte. According to the manufacturer and insert included with this knife it is indeed a Swiss Army Knife. I will post the exact wording tomorrow then i am able. Thanks for looking!

FYI--The insert I was referring to says this is indeed a Swiss Army Knife. The warranty says

"Swiss Army Brands, Inc, warrants this Victorinox product to be free from defects in the material and workmanship for the entire life of the multi tool. If your multi tool has a manufacturer's defect covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace it at our option without charge when it is returned to an authorized Victorinox dealer or sent to the address below"

i will let the seller answer or ignore the above, but of course it is a pocket knife. A handy dandy one at that, carried one for years and i keep one in my backpack also.
There is one sitting on my desk currently, alabeit it is red colored.

I believe any kids carring one of these today to school, will be automaticly expelled for awhile also.
