LOL... It's if you have an older model TV that's doesn't take digital input. This box converts the digital so it can be viewed on that TV.

Not sure, it says DigitalStream... Dolby Digital DTV. I know the antenna is Radio Shack.

I've have bad luck with it in the past BUT is welling to give it another try. Just remember I won't sent the item until I recieve the payment. Paypal prefer BUT concealed cash is fine.
