Yes stock photos because its brand new in bag, I have it here in my house ready to ship however yes they are imported from China :)

I believe it would from the photos & due to the sizing. However, like I stated in previous commenting this item is brand new inside a sealed bag. I do not plan on opening it, I intend to pass it on to the winner factory sealed. I have seen reviews of this item where I purchased it with photos that do appear it stands on its own.
