I believe so the handles have open ends I guess that to make it smaller I will let u know tomorrow and how long it is

Ok u can adjust the rope to make it smaller I'm 5'4" and I kept hitting the ceiling I made it smaller by pulling the rope threw the open ends adjusted the stoppers and it worked out but I put it back to where it use to be I could not find the measuring tape darn kids lol
