might need a gd-rom drive replacement and the ribbon needs to be reattached but still connected to gd-rom drive.

I'm a little confused, is it free shipping or not,and does it come with a controller and memory unit . I have a dreamcast in good condition but the controller needs to be replaced.Thanks just asking.
