And Why exactly do you not send to new people? I'm fairly new and have taken the time to read rules and #4 under seller policies specifically states
"4.Agree to follow through on your listing regardless of who wins your item."

Well like I said I read through on members feedback.. if u have bad feedback and if new I won't send.. I have the right to refund winners credits.. this is because new members are 9 out 10 times scammers.. they think its free to ship.. they don't realize these are items bought and paid for and offer free shipping.. no money out of winners pocket they are getting a free item no cost to them... they do not appreciate the fact sellers are going above And beyond to give the winner free items.. but they love to leave negative feedback and always open a dispute 2 or 3 days after winning auctions just so they can receive the item and get credits back... smh.. one apple spoils the bunch
