Here is a new size 10 ring. It is sterling silver and band is stamped. It is natural silver sapphire and white topaz. It has platinum over the sterling silver. Please go through pictures and have verified address if bidding. Comes in box shown in pictures Total gem weight is 3.250 cts.

Being that it has platinum over the silver, I'm assuming that it could still be sized down? Very pretty!

I am not sure on that question. You could ask a jeweler or maybe google it. I have never had to size nothing down.
