"BRAND NEW" I don't know if this is real sterling silver or not but it is stamped. . This is considered Fashion or Costume jewelry....

That's what I do, I use 2 coats just make sure the first one is good and dry.

If it's not real silver a magnet would stick to it so if it doesn't then it probably real silver
