Beautiful cocktail dress from Speechless! It is NWOT!! I never wore it before, I've only tried it on. It has lovely bunching at the bust for a draping effect. The bust also has lovely chiffon ruffle accents and three rhinestone, shimmery red buttons that CAN be unbuttoned for a new look! The sleeves are chiffon and are bunched with elastic for a puff, cap sleeve look! It has a tie in the back at the waist for a more fitted look! It is a size 14, but I wear small/medium/size 5 dresses and it fits me great! It fits me in a flowy, bubbled way, so I'm assuming that if you do wear a size 14 as your true size, it would be more fitted, but since it is bubbled with a second, attached layer underneath, it would be fitted underneath with still a slight draping effect on the outside! All in all, I think this dress would be very flattering on any size up to the actual size 14!! :) This is a wonderful dress and I wish I could wear it, but after trying it on I just don't think I look good in red.
